Yardley Brothers Tap Takeover

This Saturday, get your drinking and food started early by heading “Up the Creek” to @craftissimohk Craftissimo in Tai Ping Shan for 6 taps of fresh Yardley Brothers Beer, including the launch of our brand new 5-Year Barrel-Aged Cherry Mixed Fermentation Sour, “Up the Kriek”. This beer started in 2020 on @omegayeast wild and funky All the Bretts and then sat, along with black cherry, in a Red Burgundy French Oak barrel. We blended that with a mixed-fermentation Kveik Lactobacillus beer from a second Burgundy barrel and conditioned it further on fresh red cherry before declaring it ready to go! Plus we’ll have Buy One, Get one Free on select beers and some great food specials delivered fresh from @yardleyshk from Oct 4, 2-8pm!
