This Women’s Month, we raise a glass to the women behind the bar — and beyond it.

On 9 March 2026, Women & Tipple by DrinkCollectiv @drinkcollectiv lands in Hong Kong — bringing together women shaping Asia’s drinks scene for one night at Avoca. What began in Manila as a storytelling platform has grown into a regional series connecting bartenders, founders and creatives across cities.

It’s a night where bartenders, founders, creatives, and industry voices come together behind the same bar — not just to serve drinks, but to share perspective and craft.

For one night only, Avoca turns into an all-female takeover across two sessions. Each session pairs 2 bartenders with 2 KOLs to co-create 4 one-night-only cocktails — 8 exclusive serves across the evening.
