Amy Farnsworth, founder of AMOISE Wines, is originated from New Zealand she created her winery in 2018, after making wine in Europe. She discovered biodynamic farming, which became central to her philosophy and it continues to guide both her farming and winemaking, with a strong commitment for minimal intervention. She enjoys working with smaller plantings of Gamay Noir, Chenin Blanc, Cabernet Franc, and Albariño.
