Featuring Thomas Nguyễn @chug_thomas (Head Bar of The Haflington @thehaflington and recently crowned Campari Red Hands APAC 2025 Runner-up), this collaboration celebrates the shared herbal legacies of Vietnam and Hong Kong.

Following our guest shift at The Haflington (Asia’s 50 Best Bars) in Hanoi last year, we witnessed the deep-rooted parallels between diverse herbal cultures. Now, we are bringing those worlds together.

A Cantonese cocktail salon that revives forgotten local spirits in a setting inspired by golden-age cinema. Thomas will be joined by Clan & Company’s bartender Fany for a night of cross-cultural collaboration behind the bar.
