‘TAINAN ON THE MOONROCK’ Volume 8 (第八回):
Hopping over to the southwest coastal city of Tainan, amongst some of Taiwan’s oldest architecture — we find an unassuming door, leading us into one of the cities top bars. Feeling like an elegant and modern tea house, we find MOONROCK.
Lead by Yi-Che Liao, the drinks menu is made up of modern classics with a twist and combined with unique gastronomic-led creations. Chef Coobe will be taking her popular European inspired dishes to Ice House Street. The MOONROCK experience almost guarantees to leave visitors craving for more, so be sure not to miss out.
