This sustainable neighbourhood bar in Soho blends great taste with doing good by utilising surplus ingredients from nearby F&B joints. They collect oyster shells, avocado seeds and more from nearby F&B outlets. The cocktail menu is influenced by regional flavours, offering creative sips and reinvented classics.
