For Bourke’s first kitchen and bar takeover, we’re stoked to welcome our friends from @neonpigeonsg! Flying in from Singapore, bringing their modern Izakaya signatures to 46 Peel Street for one night only.
Creative Beverage Director @mario_lapietra will be slinging special cocktails using Japanese spirits and ingredients with Head Chef @seansmell manning the kitchen, serving up modern-Japanese plates.
