Ryota Tokumitsu (The SG Club – Tokyo)
Kerry Hotel, Hong Kong is delighted to welcome Tokyo’s acclaimed The SG Club for an exclusive one-night guest bartending collaboration on 27 July. Ranked No. 65 on The World’s 50 Best Bars 2025, Head Bartender Ryota Tokumitsu will bring world-class Japanese mixology and inventive flavour craftsmanship to Red Sugar in a showcase of four limited-edition cocktails.
From 8 pm to 11 pm, guests can enjoy a curated menu of four cocktails created exclusively for the occasion:
• Tomato Tree — An elegant savoury creation that opens with the vivid freshness of tomato, layered with the fragrant lift of dill, elderflower and mastic for a refined, aromatic finish
• Crimson Koji — A striking, contemporary cocktail where red rice sake and koji-fermented strawberry bring depth and finesse, beautifully balanced by red bell pepper, saffron and hibiscus
• Tokyo Banana Sour — A playful yet sophisticated composition, marrying grilled banana, brown butter, mirin, cacao vinegar and miso into a richly textured sweet-savoury expression
• Kokuto Negroni — A bold reinterpretation of a classic, combining kokuto shochu, passion fruit, vanilla, yogurt and Campari for a layered profile of tropical brightness, creamy nuance and bittersweet elegance
