On 13 December, Avoca is taken over by Fat Cat @fat.cat.ph — Manila’s rising star and Tatler Philippines’ Bar of the Year 2025, also named among Tatler’s Best 100 Bars Asia-Pacific, is bringing its music-driven, craft-obsessed energy to Hong Kong.

Ron Cruz @cruzron , owner of Fat Cat and Campari Red Hands 2024 Champion / World Class Philippines finalist, will lead the takeover, joined by bartender Vern Peña @amaroavernie , serving a special menu built around Torres Brandy, iichiko Saiten Shochu, and Solisca Tequila — with thanks to Six Distro Distribution for supporting this guest shift.
