From Kaohsiung’s sea breeze to Hong Kong, gin mind (@ginmind____) is bringing its gin-fuelled state of mind to The Opposites for one night only, with founder Po Sheng (@shin198975) taking over our bar🤩

Rooted in Kaohsiung’s coastal character🌊, gin mind explores gin as a spirit of endless possibility. With a collection of nearly 600 gins, the bar draws on modern techniques to deconstruct, reinterpret and rebuild flavours—creating cocktails that are delightfully unexpected 🔥

For this special guest shift, Po Sheng brings his years of experience to Hong Kong. A pioneering figure in Taiwan’s Flair Bartending scene and a multiple IBA World Flair Bartending competition winner, he combines precision, creativity and a distinctive sense of movement behind the bar.
