On 7 February (Sat), we are welcoming Mattia Capezzuoli @mattiacapez from Rome’s Stravinskij Bar behind Avoca. With over 14 years in luxury hospitality, Mattia has helped shape some of Italy’s most respected bars — including 1930 Cocktail Bar and the legendary Camparino in Galleria, part of The World’s 50 Best Bars family.

Named Best Bartender and Best Bartender Under 30, Mattia’s style is rooted in classic Italian hospitality, sharpened by modern technique and a strong sense of storytelling. On this special evening, the menu highlights Altamura Distilleries Vodka — a spirit made entirely from Altamura wheat grown in Puglia for more than 2,000 years. It has an expressive yet gentle character, with a naturally smooth texture that comes through from the first sip to the finish, making it an excellent base for elevating cocktails.
