Behind the bar, Raion’s charismatic duo Kate Osmillo (@kateosmillo) and Shinichi Itoh (@ichiii14) bring their experimental spirit to Hong Kong for an evening where the line between art and mixology blurs beautifully. Expect signature serves like the Highball, a clarified, creamy whisky serve finished with fresh pear; Aglio Olio, a savoury, rule‑breaking nod to the French 75; and Graybeard, a bold fusion of old fashioned and rusty nail, uplifted by house‑made plum cordial and a sleek plum‑leather garnish.

For HK$300 per person, guests can enjoy a curated flight of three signature cocktails, an immersive tasting journey originally valued at HK$360.
