Welcoming the Manila bar’s two powerhouse bartenders, Kate Osmillo and Shinichi “Ichi” Itoh, for our next Avoca Guest Shift on 22nd August, we are ready for a fabulous night featuring this incredible team from Raion!

With Kate, a former chef turned mixology maestro, joining us behind the bar, we know it’s going to be a unique experience. Kate’s accolades include winning the Don Papa 2017 competition and representing the Philippines in the Glenfiddich World’s Most Experimental Bartender, making her a true force in the industry. As the Managing Partner and Bar Manager at Raion, she’ll be bringing her culinary and bar A-game and serve some awesome cocktails. Joining Kate is Ichi, who, with a decade of bartending under his belt, is a multi-awarded talent and the head bartender at Raion. Champion of the Monkey Shoulder Ultimate Bartending Championship 2024, he’s known for his creative cocktails that turn simple ingredients into extraordinary drinks.
