Joe Wong, Bar Manager and Head Mixologist at THE POET, with a culinary background and a flair for creative flavours. He has worked at renowned bars and restaurants and was a finalist in a bartender reality show, known for cocktails that blend cultures, emotions and stories.
THE POET, opened in 2019 on Staunton Street in Soho, Central, is a cocktail-focused bar with a striking blue facade and mysterious window. It offers a cosy, relaxing space where guests can escape the city and enjoy the ritual of a well-crafted drink.
