Icy Mariñas & Hinata Chang
DrinkCollectiv is excited to host its first guest bartender shift in Hong Kong this August, and you’re invited! We’ll be taking over The Langham Hong Kong’s revitalized gin hub, @palmcourthk, on August 28 from 9pm onwards. In collaboration with Hong Kong’s award-winning @twomoonsdistillery, DrinkCollectiv’s co-founder and resident mixologist, Icy Mariñas (@sanvicentegirl), and Palm Court Bar’s head mixologist, Hinata Chang (@hinata_chang0924), will be creating a special limited-time cocktail menu (HKD128/drink) for the night. Guests can enjoy two hours of fun, complete with tasty bites and live music performances. We’ve crafted four cocktails using the distinctive flavors of the Two Moons core gin range, blending Hong Kong and Filipino inspiration.
