The Hachi Shochu Cocktail Competition 2025 FINALS is happening at Mizunara: The Library in Hong Kong!
Join us as we celebrate Japan’s 500-year-old heritage spirit, Shochu, and its innovative expression, The Hachi Shochu. Seven talented bartenders will present their Shochu cocktail before a judging panel of industry experts.
This premier event shines a spotlight on the art of bartending and the growing trend of low-alcohol, refined cocktails crafted with The Hachi Shochu—a perfect balance of traditional shochu flavors and cask maturation.
