Friends of Peridot

On 5 March, Franz-Arthur MacElhone of @harrysbar_theoriginal comes to Hong Kong, bringing with him a legacy shaped over more than a century.

Harry’s Bar (Paris) has been part of cocktail history, with classics such as the Bloody Mary, the French 75, and the Sidecar first mixed and refined there.

For one night only, the spirit of Harry’s Bar is experienced at Peridot. Expect an evening shaped by the enduring language of classic cocktails.
