We’ve always been about the stories and spirit of our city. So for this collaboration, we’re not just hosting—we’re creating something new.
Introducing Fatboy Dai Pai Dong at Kinsman.
🇹🇭⛩️ For two nights only, we’re welcoming the enfant terrible of the Bangkok restaurant scene @fatboyizakaya to take over our bar and kitchen. We’re blending their Japanese pop culture-driven aesthetics and rebellious flavours with the unmistakable soul of a classic Hong Kong Dai Pai Dong.
Head Chef @adhmartin is presenting six crossover creations only available at Kinsman (like an okonomiyaki prawn toast), while their head bartenders @jjjjjoeeeee_ts & @stefaa.nnn have crafted four cocktails for the occasion.
This is what happens when Bangkok’s most-wanted table meets the spirit of Peel Street.
