Kick off the New Year with Quinary’s very first guest bartender of 2026! *drum roll 🥁 Please welcome Donovan Chouari (@donovan.chouari ), Bar Manager of Bar 1802 (@bar1802_paris ) at Hotel Monte Cristo Paris—France’s grandest rum sanctuary.
He will be at Quinary for an exclusive guest shift on Thursday, 8 January from 7pm–10pm, bringing a taste of Paris to Hong Kong. Expect inventive uses of ingredients like gochujang, seaweed, and persimmon—flavours you won’t usually find in your everyday cocktails.😋
