On May 13th, from 8 PM onwards, we are hosting a major guest shift with the team from Sober Company. Sober Company in Shanghai, led by renowned bartender Shingo Gokan, is a critically acclaimed multi-concept venue (No. 92, Asia’s 50 Best Bars 2024; No. 5, 2021). We are thrilled to welcome Senior Bartenders Deema and Winnie, a Cointreau China champion and a world runner-up, to the bar. They are bringing their world-class expertise to our Peel Street home for the night.
