Join us on Tuesday June 3 from 8-11 PM for a one-night-only evening of his coveted creations featuring a line-up of four of his standout cocktails. The Watermelon Gazpacho, a refreshing twist on the classic enhanced with N.I.P. Rare Dry Gin, the Champagne Colada, a bubbly take on the tropical favourite with Amaro Lucano and Verjus, the Mango Americano, an irresistibly fruity and bitter blend marrying Mancino Rosso with buttered mango, and Sunkissed, capturing the essence of sunny days splashing mandarin, celery and peach.
