@bar.liberty Melbourne is coming in hot for a two-night kitchen takeover at Bourke’s Hong Kong!

Celebrated wine bar nestled on Johnston Street, in the heart of Fitzroy, Melbourne 🇦🇺 — a real gem for locals and blow-ins alike. Founded by seasoned hospo legends, it effortlessly combines the charm of a neighbourhood hangout with the sophistication of fine dining.

Helmed by Melbourne Head Chef @douglashoxley, with experience at nose-to-tail institution @st.john.restaurant, his menu changes with the seasons and always keeps things interesting, dishing up inventive feeds that pair perfectly with their cracking line-up of natural wines and crafty cocktails.

Expect two nights of good vibes, great nosh and special @fourpillarsgin cocktails curated by the Bourke’s bar team. A wine bar that deeply inspired us here, to say we’re excited is an understatement — you don’t want to miss this one.
