“Hello, we are John and Mia from Fortyfive.
Fortyfive is a cocktail bar located in Jeju, one of Korea’s most beloved travel destinations.
Our name carries the meaning of the four seasons and the five senses.
From the very beginning, our dream was to share cocktails that capture the beauty of Korea’s distinct seasonal changes, expressed through the freshest local ingredients.
That dream gave birth to Fortyfive, and it continues to inspire us today.
Every three months, we introduce a new menu inspired by the changing seasons of Korea.
Since opening in March 2023, we have created over 130 signature cocktails.
Sustainability is also at the heart of what we do. We upcycle leftover ingredients from our craft cocktails into unique desserts and garnishes, ensuring that nothing goes to waste.
Though we may be a small bar in a small city, our passion for cocktails burns brighter than ever.
The seasonal journey of Fortyfive is only just beginning.”
