For this full kitchen takeover, Head Chef Toby Stansfield will be diving into Bourke’s kitchen, crafting an extraordinary menu with their signatures and exclusive pop-up dishes, promising to push boundaries and showcase our shared love for tasty snacks, handmade pastas, wine, cocktails and bold flavours. The Bourke’s team will pair Attenzione’s food with special Campari and Aperol cocktails, including one powered by Messina Hong Kong, with a compelling hand-selected wine lists that celebrates unique Italian pours.
