Taking inspiration from Taisho-era café culture, The Bellwood brings together Western and Japanese influences through a modern lens. Its cocktail menu draws from kaiseki cuisine, featuring drinks with seasonal Japanese ingredients.

Catch Atsushi behind the bar for one night only as he brings signature drinks like the bold, spirit-forward Genmai + Sazerac with @chivasregal 12 Year Blended Whisky, Mango, Genmai, Absinthe and Peat, as well as the classic Shiso + Gimlet mixed with @monkey47 Gin, Shiso, Bergamot, Tomato and Coregusu, and more. 🍸
