For Bourke’s first kitchen takeover of the year — we’re joined by @kolkatasocial_ by @plateitforward_, Sydney’s vibrant Indian restaurant lead by the talented Chef @ahana08 (ex Firedoor & Raja restaraunt), bringing some of the cities most exciting and punchy flavours of Bengali comfort food to Hong Kong for 2-nights.

Expect a full menu that draws from Ahana’s upbringing in Kolkata and her catalogue of cherished traditional family recipes, expanding Sydney’s sense of Indian cuisine while utilising local and seasonal produce.

Loud plates, special cocktails by Bourke’s bar manager @aled.burt, surrounded by a bunch of mates at the table —this one is definitely an evening you want to swing down for.
