Ajit Gurung of The Savory Project @thesavoryproject_ joins forces for the first time with Long Bar’s resident mixologist & bar manager Nokoy Mak. The Savory Project, founded in Hong Kong in 2023, earns “Best New Opening” award and landed No. 19 at Asia’s 50 Best Bars.
As the creative force behind Long Bar Macau, Nokoy Mak pays homage to the legacy of the Singapore original through his imaginative interpretations of gin-focused concoctions. Trained under Antonio at Hong Kong’s legendary bar Quinary, Nokoy’s glittering resumé boasts a host of accolades, including an astounding victory in the Monin Cup in Hong Kong.
