An award-winning bartender and Flor de Caña’s North Asia Brand Ambassador, Peter brings a background in philosophy and a passion for making bartending more sustainable. It’s an approach we’re happy to share a bar with. For one night, he’ll be behind ours, serving cocktails that bring together the Nicaraguan rum and his thoughtful approach to ingredients.
