Tainan’s cult-favourite herbal gin bar, 赤崁中藥行, lands at 五味堂涼茶酒館!
Drawing from Taiwan’s mountain forests, local produce, and herbal wisdom, we’ve crafted a three-course tasting menu that captures the island’s terroir in every glass.
Served as a sequential tasting set, each cocktail arrives in order — so you can savour the full arc of flavour, from coffee to herbs to tea, in one uninterrupted journey.
Founder and guest bartender Sheldon Wu @sheldonwu will be behind the bar on 24 June for this exclusive, one-night-only event.
