F*nkytown @fnkytown.bar — a boundary-pushing bar and kitchen blending progressive techniques with a playful spirit, reimagining familiar flavours through a spectrum of funkiness. Recognized on 50 Best Discovery and Tatler’s Top 100 Bars 2025, Group Beverage Manager Pae Ketumarn @paeketumarn draws from experience at world-renowned bars including Sober Company in Shanghai and The SG Club in Tokyo, bringing precision and curiosity to every glass. Also Ohm Supapat @ohm.supapat as group bar manager brings an international perspective shaped by hands on experience in US and Thailand’s top-tier bar scenes.

The food programme follows the same philosophy — bold, flavour-driven dishes that twist the familiar, from indulgent bites to bright, layered creations designed to pair seamlessly with the cocktails.
