On 27 March 2026, as part of Sip & Savor Vol. 8, The St. Regis Bar Hong Kong hosts a special guest shift spotlighting “The Art of Craftsmanship,” welcoming the celebrated team from Taiwan’s Vender Bar (@venderbar)—ranked #20 on Asia’s 50 Best Bars 2025 and #74 on The World’s 50 Best Bars 2025.
In partnership with The Macallan, and inspired by the newly launched Harmony Collection, enjoy a one-night-only cocktail journey crafted by Co-founder Darren Lim (@limbigman) and Summer Chen (@bibisummer1026), where every pour reflects precision, creativity, and signature style.
