Tucked into Jinxian Road’s ever-lively bar strip, Pony Up has quickly become Shanghai’s go-to for polished but unpretentious cocktails. Opened in late 2023, it’s split between a skylit Front Bar and a cosy Back Bar, each with its own menu and vibe.
Helmed by longtime industry veteran Dre Yang (previously Speaklow & The Odd Couple), before opening up his very own vibrant establishment!
Prepare to jump in the saddle for a one-night-only experience at the Tavern, sipping on a range of cocktails with a clever blend of ingredients and flavours from the city it represents and special Honky dishes to go with them — ‘Pony Melt’, ‘Dressed Tater Tots’ and ‘Pepper Up Pizza’!
