At Punch Room Tokyo, Yasu takes the South Asian tradition of punches and elevates them with an injection of Japanese culture, native ingredients and timeless elegance.

Contrasting this approach is Masato from the minimalist interior of Yakoboku, whose fisherman heritage inspired him to blend his deep connection to food with a seasonal approach to mixology.
