Night Hawk, a one-of-a-kind cocktail bar inspired by Edward Hopper’s “Nighthawks,” brings futuristic nostalgia to life. Led by the talented Peter Chua, Night Hawk is known for its innovative cocktails and unique ambiance. Expect extraordinary drinks like the Gamma-ray Holiday, made with gin, melon, and bitter gourd, and Black Hole Sun, made with bourbon, grand bitters, sloe gin, raspberry, and ice cream.
