Diego is the author of Low Alcohol Cocktails – New Frontier in Mixology and founder of the global community Cocktail Art. Recognized for his influence on the modern bar world, he has been featured in Drinks International’s “100 Most Influential People in the Bar Industry” list multiple times, awarded Best Brand Ambassador at the Italian Bar Awards, and was a Top 10 nominee at the Tales of the Cocktail Spirited Awards.
Expect an evening of inventive low-ABV cocktails and Italian aperitivo culture, crafted by one of the most respected voices shaping how we drink today.
