SHELTER x BOURKE’S TAKEOVER COUNTDOWN!!
One of Bali’s hippest dining spots, @shelter.pererenan, is coming to 46 Peel Street for 2 nights only! Led by chef @stevesumoore and @frantxo23, Shelter’s food embraces Middle Eastern and Mediterranean flavours, with dishes prepared over fire.
For this full kitchen takeover, Chef Moore and Chef Borges will be diving into Bourke’s kitchen, crafting an extraordinary menu with their signatures and exclusive pop-up dishes, promising to push boundaries and showcase our shared love for tasty food and bold flavours.
