Wing Lei Bar Presents: A Taste of India 🇮🇳✨
On June 6, three of India’s most up-and-coming bars will join forces at Wing Lei Bar to showcase their respective signatures that spotlight the diversity in India’s nascent (and booming) cocktail industry. From 8-10pm, the event will kick off with 2 of Goa’s finest:
🍸Macleigh Fernandes, Head of R&D at The Lab at Amaraanth, a modern tasting room in a Goan wellness resort where 80% of the cocktail ingredients are foraged from within 5km of the bar, and
🍹Veer Chhetri, Bar Manager of nautical-themed and contemporary rum den Bar Outrigger from Goa;
🥃 From 10pm-late, Rajib Mukherjee, Head Mixologist of ZLB23 (a Kyoto-inspired speakeasy in Bangalore that is currently India’s top-ranked bar and No. 40 on Asia’s 50 Best Bars 2024) will shake it up into the wee hours of the morning.
This is the first time any of these bars have touched down in the Greater Bay area, so don’t miss the chance to be the first to sip and savor all that India has to offer, right here in Macau!
