A rising star in Asia’s mixology industry, Aris aims to elevate the Indonesian bar scene by promoting indigenous and sustainable practices through his original cocktails. Refusing to compromise his beliefs and paying homage to the Balinese philosophy of respecting the balance of nature, people, and culture through his cocktail programs — Aris Sanjaya is surely one for the future.
