Avoca Guest Bar Shift Alert! Vender, number 30 on Asia‘s 50 Best Bars 2024 and The Best Bar in Taiwan 2024, makes its Avoca debut next week Thursday 15 May for one night only from 8-11pm, and we are just stoked!

Taiwan’s vibrant street food culture ups its game through Vender‘s locally-inspired libations, showcasing the lively, communal spirit of Taiwan’s food scene, aligning with Avoca’s love for local. Its name hints at the influence of the city‘s vending machines, local ingredients and street food stalls, iconic to Taiwan and an authentic part of Taiwanese culture.

Leading the night is global champion cocktail crafter, Summer Chen, Vender’s co-founder. As renowned Cuban super rum Matusalem Rum‘s Brand Ambassador, she’ll be whipping up three cocktails that night including a pandan and prosecco based Matusalem Punch, the Insolito Pink Fizz with Port Wine and Rose Water, the NO.23 Espresso Martini showcasing the Matusalem Gran Reserva 23 with Mr Black Cold Brew Coffee Liqueur, Disaronno, Nitro Cold Brew Southeast Asia Coffee and Chocolate bitter.
